At Anna Khodosova Hypnotherapy, we are committed to providing high-quality hypnotherapy services and ensuring your satisfaction. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund is necessary. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.
Please note that at the end of each session, you will be asked “What was it like doing this work together today”? We have found that this facilitates any immediate necessary adjustments or corrections necessary to keep your healing process moving forward quickly and smoothly. Anything that needs to be addressed will be done so immediately to mutual satisfaction.
1. Refund Eligibility
a. Cancellations with Notice:
- If you cancel your hypnotherapy session with at least 24 hours’ notice, you are eligible for a full refund of the session fee.
- For packages, a pro-rated refund may be provided for any unused sessions, provided you cancel with at least 24 hours' notice prior to your next scheduled session.
b. Late Cancellations:
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund, and the full session fee may be charged. However, we understand that emergencies happen. If you provide documentation of an emergency, we may, at our discretion, offer a refund or reschedule the session without penalty.
c. No-Shows:
- If you fail to attend a scheduled session without providing any notice, you will not be eligible for a refund, and the full session fee will be charged.
d. Dissatisfaction with Service:
- If you are not satisfied with your hypnotherapy session, please contact us within 48 hours of the session to discuss your concerns. While we do not guarantee specific outcomes, we are committed to resolving any issues to your satisfaction. Refunds or credits may be issued on a case-by-case basis, at our discretion.
2. Refund Process
a. How to Request a Refund:
To request a refund, please contact us at anna.khodosova.therapy@gmail.com with your name, the date of the session, and the reason for your refund request. We will review your request and respond within [5] business days.
b. Refund Method:
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow [10] business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
3. Non-Refundable Items
a. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session are non-refundable.
b. Any promotional or discounted session packages are non-refundable. However, they can be transferred to another person with prior notice to us.
4. Package Sessions
a. Package Refunds:
If you purchase a package of multiple hypnotherapy sessions and wish to cancel before completing all sessions, a pro-rated refund may be issued for any unused sessions, provided you notify us at least 24 hours before your next scheduled session.
b. Package Expiry:
Please note that any sessions in a package must be used within [6 months] of purchase. Unused sessions that have expired are not eligible for a refund.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the effective date will be updated accordingly.
